5. Salary CTC - 10th & 12th Pass Candidates: INR 11851/- + INR 600 (Attendance Reward for 26 Working Days). ITI (2 Year) Pass Candidates: INR 12444/- + INR 600 (Attendance Reward for 26 Working Days). Bonus Amount Included in CTC Salary.

6. Salary In Hand - 10th & 12th Pass Candidates: INR 8234/- + INR 600 (Attendance Reward for 26 Working Days). ITI (2 Year) Pass Candidates: INR 8645/- + INR 600 (Attendance Reward for 26 Working Days).

7. Incentives (Yes / No) if yes, how much -  10th & 12th Pass Candidates: Overtime INR 90/- Per Hour. (*Only if applicable) ITI (2 Year) Pass Candidates: Overtime INR 95/- Per Hour. (*Only if applicable)

8. Benefits (if any) If working Night Shift Duty (C-Shift) INR 25/- Per Day / Monthly INR 750/- Yearly Payment Bonus and Earned Leave (EL), As per company policy. Food & Snacks: INR 12/- Per Diet (Deduct from Salary).

9. PF / ESI Deduction - Basic Salary 9459/- for 10th & 12th Candidates (PF: 12%) Double submit Rs.2270/-AND (ESI: 0.75%) Rs.77/- Basic Salary 9932/- for ITI Candidates (PF: 12%) Double submit Rs.2384/- AND (ESI: 0.75%) Rs.81/-  

10. Dress Code (who will provide the Dress or any Deduction for the Dress Code) Rs.265/- (1 Time Deduction)
